Sanding Belts

Sanding belts are made using cloth, paper, or composite materials as the substrate, coated with abrasive grains, and shaped into a continuous belt compatible with belt sanders. They offer cold grinding advantages—producing low heat, minimizing surface damage, and maintaining excellent surface quality. Sanding belts are highly efficient and available in customizable lengths and widths to suit various industrial applications.

Surface Conditioning Belts

  • Brown (Heavy Duty)
Excellent for deburring, blending, cleaning, and polishing.
Suitable for stainless steel, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, fiberglass, and gaskets.

  • Red (General Purpose)
Ideal for deburring, blending, cleaning, and polishing.
Compatible with stainless steel, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, fiberglass, and gaskets.

  • Blue (Very Fine)
Best for cleaning and finishing tasks.
Works well with stainless steel, fiberglass, rubber, ferrous, and non-ferrous materials.

Aluminum Oxide Sanding Belts

  • Made with semi-friable aluminum oxide grain.

  • X-weight cotton backing for durability.

  • Designed for general-purpose open coat grinding, polishing, and finishing.

  • Suitable for non-ferrous metals, aluminum, and wood.

Zirconium Sanding Belts

  • Constructed with zirconia alumina abrasive material.

  • Y-weight waterproof polyester backing ensures heavy-duty grinding and finishing.

  • Ideal for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cast iron, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Zirconia corundum abrasive grains have slightly lower hardness but higher toughness and strength, fine crystal size, good wear resistance, and excellent self-sharpening properties. They can continuously generate new cutting edges during grinding, maintaining the sharpness of the abrasive grains and thereby enhancing the surface finish of the workpiece being ground.
It is a coated abrasive tool made by bonding abrasive grains onto flexible substrates such as paper or cloth with adhesives, primarily used for grinding and polishing materials including metals, wood, and plastics.
